Cake roll recipes have always intimidated me. I have wanted to try a pumpkin cake roll for quite some time (the one listed on this blog). The process always sounded difficult with the high possibility of failure. Well, I gave it a try this week and was pleasantly surprised how well it turned out. It's really not that hard. Now if I could just overcome my fear of recipes that include yeast!
